Thick Phlegm easier to blow out and

My sinus congestion is so severe that I take numerous decongestant pills and Nasal sprays every day just to be able to breath. I don’t have a runny nose my phlegm is very thick and is determined to stay where it is. Especially at night. I take fewer meds while on Respiryn. And it is much easier to blow out my sinuses before bedtime allowing me to breathe easier for longer time during the night. I am hopeful that the longer I take it the better my situation will become. I have only been taking it for 3 weeks.
